I have been trying to withdraw money through paypal mpesa for four days now but I am unable to because it keeps giving me 403 unforbidden error. Where did I go wrong? Is there a way this issue can be rectified. I have been using paypal mpesa for over 3 years and this has never happened before. I need to withdraw the money so that I can buy food and pay essential bills. Please assist me.
