Why is my sent payment still pending, after I have received notification on my email on successful transferred and the receiver is yet to get the money
Perhaps the recipient/merchant has not accepted/claimed or captured payment yet or PayPal is doing a review of payment (which can take up to 72 hours) before sending it on to the recipient.
Please also make sure the recipient has added and confirmed their email to their Paypal account. The receiving email account holder must be in a country that has the option to receive payments. Also, if the transaction is in a currency the receiver as not added to the Paypal account, they would need to accept the payment as well.
