Paypal link debit card problem

Hi,when ı trying to link my debit car it says this card is linked to another account but when ı remove the debit card from the other account it still says this card linked to another account help please

A card can only be linked to a paypal account 3 times in its lifetime so if you have linked / unlinked etc 3 times then that is the limit.

Also if you remove it you need to allow 24 hours for the system to play catch up.

Finally be careful, you are only allowed 2 Paypal accounts if x1 is personal and the other x1 is business.

If you have 2 of the same type then you risk both being limited.
