last week I spent $145 through ebay and purchased with paypal. Nothing happened. Everything went through smoothly, however today I sent $30 f&f and for some reason it's being pended? Why can't this be sent through instantly? Why is $30 more important to Paypal than $145. I also can't even request a refund or cancel it for whatever stupid reason.
