I paid with PayPal for funeral costs. I sent the money, and PayPal put it on hold. They refuse to send the money, and I am unable to get the flowers until they do. I called PayPal three times, and I am unable to talk to a person. How do I get them to send the money? I need the flowers for a funeral this weekend. Should I just try and cancel my order and reorder?
