I cant withdraw nor send money, on this PayPal account I honestly have no idea what is going on with my profile, could someone please help me, is it possible that PayPal has stopped working with Bosnia and Herzegovina?
The requirements for your account is to link a Visa card in order to receive payments and send money with the linked Visa card. Cannot spend the money that is in your PayPal balance. PayPal has to automatically withdrawal it every month.
