I had credits available on my paypal account so I decide to purchase something on Wish.
To my surprise the credits disappeared and I was also charged on my credit card.
The transaction was indicated only once as a credit card debit, so the paypal credits were taken
Paypal is claiming that Wish got paid only once, which is fine, the problem is where is my credit balance on the paypal account.
I sent several messages, tried to use the completely inefficient chat box, and I can't get through with a resolution.
any assistance is much appreciated.
