Paypal holding funds

Issue with our Paypal account:

"You have an account alert.  To help protect your account, we’re reviewing your recent activity. This may cause a delay in accessing your money. Once the issue has been resolved, you can go back to business as usual with full access to Funds Now."

This has happened twice to us in the last 6 months - we are a small business, and rely on being able to transfer the funds into our general account! We have supplied the required documentation 3 days ago, and have not had a response, Paypal still holding thousands of dollars of income that is for goods sent out.  I cannot see why this needs to occur - surely the process could be a faster more streamlined option?  Surely they can look at our record and history to see that we have been using Paypal for our business for over 12 months! It's so frustrating - they send generic messages back that do not assist at all, and it's nearly impossible to speak with anyone! Paypal - NOT HAPPY!

Click on the words "Help / Contact" at the bottom of paypals pages and use the phone option in the blue band at the top OR very bottom of page dependent on what country you are in. Scroll down past the list of help questions and click on 'Call us' bottom of that page. Log in and get the code.
