Paypal hold

I have been told by ebay customer service that my money has cleared but paypal are still holding it, I sent a message to paypal and they said if a sale is complete then the money has left there account,but it hasn't because it still says HOLD!

If item is delivered and tracking status shows this, then contact PayPal to release the funds manually. Allow up to 24/48 hrs after request for processing.

If no shipping is involved, click "Add Tracking" button in the transaction details, select an order status, then ask the other party to confirm receipt on their end of the transaction to release funds.

My problem has been resolved I now have my money 😆

What about the fact that shipping charges are paid for by this hold and I can't process shipment without the funds...This is beyond ridiculous!
