About a weekish ago I made some transactions with PayPal. I transferred the money to my bank account because I needed my money then and there for bills, food, etc. I must have their threshold? It says it's holding money, but there was no money in my Paypal when it did it, and I spent the money already. So no I have a negative balance and an account hold? So now when I make money it takes it??? I don't understand how I owe $70 dollars now?
Is this going to be like this for a month? Is my account going to still be negative after a month? Feel like I am getting robbed my hard earned money. I live off my art...every penny counts. This sucks and I hate that Paypal holds your money in the first place...it's MY money.
