Contacted paypal several times on the website and called 3 times wasting countless hours of my life to get my money from a sale on ebay which paypal has. Paypal advises me that ebay has a hold on the money and ebay said they released the money a week ago because the buyer has received the item and gave me great feed back and all paypal has to do is check the usps tracking number that they have. So I'm out my money from the sale plus out of pocket shipping fees. The paypal agents seem to have a mental block regarding checking simple facts. Ask for a supervisor and the agent said he's riding around in his car and will call me back. 2 hours later and still crickets. Can anyone please give me a phone number to this company's legal department?
