I just moved to U.S. recently and I just opened a bank account. I try to add my U.S. bank account and my U.S. address to my old account and it didn't allow me to do that. So I create a new account. Turns out that my new account is still my same-old-country-where-I-came-from account even though I entered my U.S. address when I registered it, the drop down box still has "Province" name from the place I came. How can I fix this, thank you.
@kernowlass I opened my new Paypal account (this account, also using my new e-mail) in U.S. and it still doesn't allow me to use U.S. address and bank account.
Click on the words "Help / Contact" at the bottom of paypals pages and use the phone option in the blue band at the top OR very bottom of page dependent on what country you are in. Scroll down past the list of help questions and click on 'Call us' bottom of that page. Log in and get the code.
