After many months and at least 7 attempts Paypal does not send me the two small amounts which i need to see on my bank account to verify my card.
It should be deposited within two days but nothing yet.. I can only receive and spend money but it wont let me add money trough Bancontact.
I live in Belgium and i have this issue on both my ING and Belfius cards.
I used Paypal allot and this is very frustrating, especially because i can't even make contact with a real employee.
This has led me here so i really hope someone can help me!
