If im in a dispute and i cant pay money back. Can PP send dept collectors?

They would put your paypal account into negative and send you emails and phone calls requesting payment.

If after a certain period of time you didn't pay THEN they would pass the debt on to a collection agency.

so thats if its with another person pp will go to further action with dept collectors. Im a college student and i know £45.00 aint alot but to me it aint the money i can just get

I can only give you the facts unfortunately.

But they may keep turning up at your college and home address to try and collect it. 

Can't your parents help out and you pay them back again.
