Paypal deducted money from my account

After bank account verfication confirmation .. paypal deducted money from my bank account .. will i get my money back or its my mistake to put my bank details in paypal

Paypal took money from my bank for confirm account cost 138 inr .. and dont even confirm yet and send any single ruppess to my bank account
