Paypal customer support worst ever

So, i have my iban linked to another old account whic i dont know it, and now i`m not able to link the same iban to my new account.
contacted paypal support, saying that i dont know my pp account and looks like they are stupid to understand that.
the bloody agents asking me same thing without even reading my previous answer, just wasting my time and make me so angry
is like everyone in pp support have 0 IQ and they are put there just to pheck our nervs and waste our time....
any one else have similar issue? if so, how did you sorted?
even if i`m asking to have the request escalated, they just closing the ticket so i have to open it again and again (with other agent)
