Paypal balance transfer

Is there a way I can transfer part or all of my paypal balance to a family members paypal account without any fees to send or receive? thx

Sending money from the PayPal balance or bank account within the same country is free. Just be sure you mark the payment as Friends and Family.

thanks for the help and quick reply. so would i choose "send" or "transfer" to send this? As long as i check friends /family there will be no charges on either end?
