I made a purchase through PayPal from my bank account but there was not enough in my bank account to cover the payment so it cancelled and put my Paypal balance in the negatives.
Then it told me to pay off the negative and add money to my account. So I got enough money in my bank account and paid it off. but now Paypal went ahead and automatically paid off the negative from my bank account so there are 2 charges putting my bank account in the negatives.
Will PayPal refund the one i did manually? because now my bank account is in the negatives which is obviously an issue
