Paypal after hold disspear

So i had hold on my paypal fund for ebay global shipping transacdtions, the sum was around 2000 , the money was on hold for round 21 days,the the hold disspeared and money never appeared on balance , its been 3 weeks and still the money has not appeared,and there is no hold history avaivable when i try to check hold history on my account activty, i email paypal don't see anything,its like money just disspeared,i double checked for suspicious transactions and everyting is good,they money has disspear and its paypal fault,any suggestion?

This information is from paypal 

"If there aren't any issues with your transaction or account, the payment will typically be released within 21 days after receipt. After your hold is released, it may take until midnight (but it's usually sooner) for the money to appear in your account."

So maximum 24h window from hold to appear on balance but this did not happen already 3 weeks..
