Hi. I have a Paypal account here in North America.

Is it possible to transfer funds from my Paypal Account to someone in another country (e.g. Taiwan) who has a Paypal account? If yes...

• what are the fees; and
• How do I do it?

Paypal is available in 200 countries world wide however what those countries can do varies a lot and in some countries they only have the option to send and not receive paypal payments.
