Paypal Topup

Hi..

I can't topup my paypal account.

When i click "Topup"under "Wallet", it just open the home screen under a new window.

What am I missing here?

me too. my account is only £4 in negative. I added my mastercard and then my debit card, neither work, I get a stupid message. Now I cannot remove either card, and I dont leave my mastercard online EVER and I am furious as I will have to stop my cards if I cannot remove them.

Is paypal not aware of new data rules in uk? they are breaking the law by stopping me removing my credit card.

Top Up for PayPal accounts in Malaysia can only be done through RHB Bank.

How to topup for quite large amout of money to paypal in Mslaysia ie usd 15,000.00 since my credit card limit and RHD topup limit not even up to usd 1,000.00 per topup. Please help me
