Hey Paypal, you phone system keep disconnecting when the call back happens, it calls then hangup when connecting to a agent. Same thing is you just hold on for 30min then it hangs up.
Also, the reason I called, is it is not allowing my to verify my bank account. So you have money of mine trapped there that I would like back.
