I'm in the Bahamas and I'm trying to link my card to my paypal account in order to withdraw funds to it, I fill in the information which is the same as the card I already use with paypal to make payments, I click link card and it tells me that I've linked the card, but when I click done, I'm taken right back to the link card or bank option page and the card I've just linked is not showing up as linked. Anyone else ever had this issue and know how to correct it. Paypal Customer Service has been no help
