I would just like to seek help in getting a refund for a transfer from bank Paypal fee. I initiated a transfer from Paypal to my bank but it seems that it was not accepted by the bank and reversed them. Then I was charged 250 php each for 2 failed transactions
If paypal have provided you with the service of a bank transfer from your paypal account but your bank would not accept it then you are charged the fee for the failed transfer.
Advice is voluntary. Kudos / Solution appreciated.
