Paypal Fee

Hello im trying to send my friend some money but it keeps adding an aprox 20 SEK fee.

Why is this? when i have enough money in my paypal balance to send it?

Are you using the friends / family option?

Is your friend in the same country?

Are you sending the same countries currency to your friend?

Are the funds in your balance cleared and not pending?

Are they in the correct currency?
