Despite the fact that I have been using Paypal for a long time, they are now prompting me to verify my bank card. I have tried to do this several times but I get an error message every time from Paypal, saying that their system for verifying cards is not working at present. This error has not been attended to in months and I have contacted Paypal about this. There response has been to send me inappropriate automatically generated content responses that do not address the problem. I have now gone back to them a third time. Is there anyone in the community who can shed light on this error please?
