I have a payment on hold since Nov 12th. This is my first time using PayPal. I've tried to get it released but it says 21 days. And to update my shipping status. When I try to update my shipping status. It says, technical difficulties try again later. And been saying that for 2 weeks or more. I just want my money. Thank u
