I'm trying to reedem my money from an app to my PayPal account. But there, It's showing payment failed. The reason is"there is some ossue woth your PayPal account." What kust be the reason?

Is your PayPal account fully verified/confirmed with a linked bank and credit card?

Yes. My PayPal account is linked with a bank as well as a debit card. And I've also completed the verification process. Still, the issue is being faced.
