So a guys was buying a account from me and well the deal became messy and well the guy thinks I’m a scammer and well I’ve refunded the guy and the cases he open closed. He says that he can “**bleep** up” my paypal account by making the paypal system think I’m a scammer and hold my funds. Is that true? Because I don’t want my funds to be on hold

Hello @TheAA,
Thank you for reaching out! I'm sorry to hear you're running into some issues with a recent buyer. In short, the most they can do is file a dispute on the transaction. And since you already filed a refund, they can't do that either. You're in the clear. Even if you do experience holds in the future, here's a great Help Center article to help through them: All about payments on hold
Have a great day!
