Hey everyone, the payment I received was placed ON HOLD. However this is not for items purchased, this is for services rendered via freelance work. Can someone help with this?

Hi @sabv,
If you received a Goods & Service payment, there could be a few reasons why your funds are on hold. Buyers can confirm they received the services on their end on the PayPal website to release the payment immediately.
