With this new system Paypal has of holding payments from sales for days before sending to your bank account, how do you know you have been paid the correct payment before shipping out the merchandise? Before it showed up instantly in your PayPal balance now it doesn't show up at all.

You can open a paypal cash account to 'hold' a balance instead of it auto transferring to your bank account if you wish to.

Although payment may be held, you would always show the payment details in the PayPal account activity. You will need to review the payment details for Seller Protection eligibility and the shipping address to use for Seller Protection. Here's additional information about Seller Protection.
