We are a 2 person business hand delivering locally to a number of customers, we do not produce tracking numbers. All those orders have payments put on hold, how do we get those funds released asap as 21 days is clearly unacceptable? Also a second question. We are in a national lockdown due to Covid 19 and offer a click and collect service with payments made through PayPal. Again no tracking number, customer orders, pays, collects and yet PayPal holds onto those funds until goods received? How is this right?
