I received 2 payments from depop over a month ago now and it was pending in my account. It told me it would hold for 21 days and it still was just pending in my account. Now it says they are cancelled because I didn’t accept it but there’s no accept or deny on the payments. I tried contacting PayPal but it’s all machines not a real person and it doesn’t answer my question or do anything. The customers already received their packages and left good reviews. I still didn’t get my money.
