I have been selling consistently on eBay for almost a year without any of my payments being placed on hold. Just last week without any warning or notification of any kind my payments started being placed on hold. I contacted eBay as my account has an ''Above Standard'' rating, they told me the payments where being held on PayPal's end not eBay's so I should contact them. Seeing as there is no way to contact Paypal by phone, emails, or messages I would appreciate any help!
