Hi a buyer sent me some money which are on hold i am new here so i dont know about this this was my first payment the buyer said he confirmed the payment but its still on hold i sent him parcel and he received still my payment in hold when i will get my money ? And now can buyer take his money back by reporting paypal ?? As if he want to fraud ??
