Dear Community, 3 days ago, I was surprised to see my PayPal balance negative. I did not know why. Yesterday 18th October 2020, I got money from a friend and disappear automatically from my account balance. PayPal took it , but why ?? Can someone help me get my Money back? I do not owe PayPal, this is why i do not understand now what's happening with my PayPal balance. Transaction ID 72773954UM040721X.
