I sent someone a package and the transaction showed up in my spam mail for 2,000 the email says they are verifying shipment and to wait from 24-48 hours . I want to know will I receive the payment when the person recieves the package ? Can they refund the money back into their account ?

Hi Khia187, 

I can see that this post was a few days ago and I am really hoping that you have not yet sent the item. When you receive a payment you will be able to see this payment showing as completed on your account. If we are holding the payment for any reason you will be able to see that the payment has been placed on hold on your account. We would never ask you to ship an item before the money is added to your PayPal account. Please do not ship unless you see the payment.
