I’m in need of some help I sold my macbook via gumtree , I received and email from paypal to send proof of shipping so i’ve done that the lady has received the parcel yesterday afternoon but i’ve still not had my payment

Please say that the transaction shows in your paypal account transaction list and the funds are in your paypal balance?

Or do you just mean that they are pending in that balance.
