So I made a donation to an account but the money is being put on hold and not released to the receiving party by paypal. How do we fix this and how long will it take to release the funds? Help!

If money you sent is on hold this would be an issue on the side of the person who received it. I recommend asking them to get in touch with our customer service team so we can check it for them. If we do need any information from you we will let you know by email.
