I sold my laptop on eBay on the 7th, it’s now the 20th and I still haven’t received my Money, I withdrawn the money 3 days ago and it still isn’t in my bank, it’s nearly been two weeks since the whole transaction.’

Is it completed IN your paypal balance?

Have you clicked to withdraw funds from your paypal balance?

Does it say pending or completed with the withdrawal.
