Hi,
I need to check, why every time I want make payment via PayPal, they will ask for me to add in Credit card/ Debit card info?
There is 1 time, I add in card info to make payment for fun run activity, I thought they will deduct money in my PayPal account, BUT they deduct payment from my credit card, and money in PayPal never touch.
Now, please assist to explain why do PayPal require Card information every time I want to make payment using PayPal?
I want to use my money in PayPal account to buy things.
