Payment troubles

Hello im from Slovakia and i try to add money on my paypal Acc. I use Trustly. there i login and try transfer 300Euros. But Trusty not work, only Fail transfer and problem from they side. Okey but money go away from my bank. acc. Then  what can i do...

Thank you for your post and welcome to the Community Forum!

If you are facing an issue with topping up your balance through Trustly as the money is charged to your bank account but does not reflect on your PayPal balance, I would recommend contacting Trustly directly. If there is an issue on their side, they should be able to trace the funds. Also, the funds should automatically be reversed back to your bank account if not credited to your PayPal balance.
