I have a payment stuck on hold, it was for good that were collected in person so there is no shipping/tracking etc but it will not allow the buyer to mark the item as received in anyway so the payment is stuck. If I try report a problem to paypal then it just tells me it cannot deal with a pending transaction. Any ideas? We tried changing the item to "sent" etc, it still doesnt give the buyer any option to mark as received.
