Hello, I was sent an email (to my paypal address) by PayPal saying that a friend of mine sent me a gift of $200.00. I confirmed with them personally that they did in fact send it. However, it’s not available anywhere on my PayPal profile. I even looked to see if it automatically transferred to my bank account, but it’s not there either. Help?
I'm sorry to hear of the concern with a missing money. Have you received money before? If not, you might need to complete a few steps in order to have the option to receive money.
