I received $10 yesterday from UserTesting and PayPal halted the trasaction because it wants more info from me. I did provide all the info., created a business account, confirmed my bank account and other verification process. In the email from PayPal said that I have a month to set up everything after which the payment will be sent back to them. But i dont see the transaction in my account at all. It seems PayPal Returned it yesterday itself. Please help me. It was my hard earned money.
