Payment reversed

Hello.

I tried 2 times now to send money to my friend's account, but it becomes Pending for a while then I receive and Email stating (We're sorry, but we had to reverse this transaction. If we asked you for more information and we haven't received it yet, your account may still be limited, which may prevent you from completing future transactions. Please respond to our request for more information.)

I don't know what to do, and they didn't ask for any information whatsoever.

 

It's not right to not being able to use your own account and your own money.
