I need help, please.
For Black Friday I tried to make an online purchase at the adidas store, I don't have a credit card but here there is a virtual payment method called "nequi" which offers you a virtual credit card that you can link to paypal account and make payments.
However, when I tried to make the payment, he did not let me do it, so I gave up doing it and continued doing other things. But after a few minutes the notification came to me saying that the money had been discounted.
I have already contacted adidas and they have not received payment, I also do not have a confirmation email, so I would like to know what happened to my money.
