Hello, this is my first time in Paypal, and its also my first time to received a payment from my client via PayPal, it's a virtual job so no need for any items to be delivered, When I received the money it was on hold and they said it will take 21days, there's also a message to update the shipping address. I received my first payment on September 23 so It's been 21 days already but still on hold and then I received my second payment on October 8 still on hold. I have updated all the tracking info and it says shipped and when I asked my boss what is the status on the payment it says complete in his status but still, both my payments are on hold. Do you have any ideas on this matter? please help me. Thank you.
