I've sold a few things on ebay in the past few days. The most recent payment I've received is showing in Recent Transactions, but doesn't form part of my PayPal balance.
I haven't paid anything with Paypal recently, and there are no outgoings showing in my recent transactions; anyway, it would be a coincidence for me to have bought something worth exactly the same amount down to the penny.
The only difference between this payment and the other recent ones I've received is that it's being shipped via the Global Shipping Programme, but as far as I can see that shouldn't affect payment at all. I've checked in case I've received the payment in a different currency but there's nothing else in any other currency.
Is there any particular reason a payment wouldn't be added to the overall balance?
