I received a payment a week back, PayPal told they will confirm status and add the money to the wallet, but I haven't got my money yet and I contacted buyer if they are getting any confirm receipt option, they are saying no they don't have such option. And I have no time to wait for 21 days, please help
Yes, I really need the money for my tuition fee but then on that very day it was put on hold. I am not a seller and my account was not really that long inactive, for my last money transfer was March 27 of this year from U.S. How can I make this payment hold lifted? I barely need the money. Please do some help on this.
